Concordat Commissionership Training

Definition and Legal Basis

A concordat commissioner is the person appointed by the court to manage the concordat process. Our programmes are conducted under Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law No. 2004 and the relevant Regulation, with the authorisation of the Ministry of Justice.

Content

The programme covers concordat law, the duties and powers of the commissioner, the assessment of financial statements and process management.

Who May Apply?

Members of the relevant professions who meet the conditions laid down in the legislation may apply. For the current conditions, please see the announcements of the Department of Expert Witnessing of the Ministry of Justice.

Certificate

Participants who complete the programme receive a certificate of attendance approved by the Ministry of Justice and viewable through e-Devlet.
