About the Training Office

The Training Office of the ASBU Faculty of Law is listed by the Ministry of Justice among the “Institutions Authorised to Provide Training” and offers certificate programmes in mediation, expert witnessing, concordat commissionership and conciliation in criminal proceedings.

Since 2018 it has contributed to the development of alternative dispute resolution and judicial support professions with academic staff who are experts in their fields and with trainers drawn from practice. All programmes are delivered in person, in accordance with the relevant legislation and Ministry standards.
