INTERNAL CONTROL AND SERVICE STANDARDS
Documents on compliance with public internal control standards, the determination of sensitive duties and public service standards are placed under this heading. The table of service standards shows with which documents and within what maximum period the services offered by the Faculty are completed, while the service inventory lists all of those services.
Sensitive duties are those which, if delayed or performed incorrectly, may affect the reputation of the institution, its financial position or the continuity of its services. The action plan for compliance with internal control standards sets out the control and precautionary steps concerning those duties.
