The book “Legal Professions between Fiction and Reality” by Assist. Prof. Dr. Emir KAYA, a member of the academic staff of the ASBU Faculty of Law, has been published by Astana Yayınları.

Esma KIRAÇ ADIR, Research Assistant at the ASBU Faculty of Law, presented a paper entitled “Establishing the Legal Parentage between Child and Father by Judicial Declaration of Paternity” at the ASOS Congress International Law Symposium held in İstanbul on 25-27 October 2018.

Şeyda ALTUNTAŞ YILDIZ, Research Assistant at the ASBU Faculty of Law, presented a paper entitled “Case Note: The Distinction between Self-Defence and Unjust Provocation in Criminal Law” at the ASOS Congress International Law Symposium held in İstanbul on 25-27 October 2018.
