Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erdal YERDELEN, a member of the academic staff of the ASBU Faculty of Law, together with our research assistants and students, visited the Ulucanlar Prison Museum as part of 18 May Museums Day. The wards used when Ulucanlar Prison was in operation and the sections of the museum where handicrafts are produced were visited.
Assist. Prof. Dr. Ece Deniz GÜNAY, a member of the academic staff of the ASBU Faculty of Law, presented a paper entitled “Observations on the Application to the Court by a Minority Whose Request to Convene the General Assembly of a Joint Stock Company Has Been Rejected by the Board of Directors or Left Unanswered within the Statutory Period” at the Symposium on Joint Stock Company Law in the Seventh Year of the Entry into Force of the Turkish Commercial Code, organised by the Erciyes University Faculty of Law on 25-26 April 2019.
