“The Decision Not to Open an Investigation in Criminal Procedure”, a book by Prof. Dr. Erdal YERDELEN, Head of the Department of Public Law and member of the academic staff of our faculty, has been published.
Hüseyin Ateş, Research Assistant in the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure of our faculty, together with Mustafa Tırtır, attorney at law, presented a paper entitled "Publicly Dissemination of Information Misleading the Public on Social Media Platforms as a Criminal Offence in Turkish Criminal Code" at the conference “Contemporary Social and Legal Issues in a Social Media Age”, held at Keele University in the United Kingdom.
“Administrative Procedure Law: A Practice Workbook”, written by Prof. Dr. Bülent Kent and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yasin Söyler, members of the academic staff of our faculty, together with Research Assistants Esin Gürsel Düğmeci, Fatih Düğmeci, Sümeyye Şimşek and Aişe Sena Doğan, has been published.
