Assist. Prof. Dr. Ece Deniz GÜNAY, a member of the academic staff of the ASBU Faculty of Law, presented a paper entitled “An Assessment of the Postponement of the Discussion of Financial Statements and Related Matters under Article 420 of the Turkish Commercial Code, Together with the Provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code on the Election and Removal of Board Members” in the Commercial Law session chaired by Prof. Dr. Mehmet HELVACI at the 7th International Law Symposium, hosted online by Eskişehir Osmangazi University on 27-29 May 2021.
