Assist. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Selim KADIOĞLU, a member of the academic staff of the Department of Philosophy and Sociology of Law at the ASBU Faculty of Law, presented a paper entitled “Law and Social Change (The Case of the Ottoman Family Rights Decree)” at the National Congress on Society and Change, held online by the Department of Sociology of the Atatürk University Faculty of Letters on 2-4 June 2021.
