Assist. Prof. Dr. Yasemin GÜLLÜOĞLU ALTUN, a member of the academic staff of the ASBU Faculty of Law, presented a paper entitled “Observations on Capacity to Marry and Impediments to Marriage under the Turkish Civil Code” at the International Necmettin Erbakan Law Congress, held online by the Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Law on 10-12 April 2021.

As part of the Law of Obligations (Special Provisions) course of the undergraduate law programme of the ASBU TRNC Academic Unit, attorney and mediator Gülşah AKYOL met our students on 5 April 2021, provided information on contract practice and answered students’ questions.
