Assist. Prof. Dr. İsmail YAZICIOĞLU, a member of the academic staff of the Department of Constitutional Law at the ASBU Faculty of Law, presented a paper entitled “An Assessment of the 2021 Constitution of Kyrgyzstan” at the Ceren Damar Şenel 2nd Young Scholars Symposium (online) organised by Çankaya University on 4-5 November 2021.
