At the 15th International Congress of Young Criminal Law Scholars: The General Provisions of Criminal Law from the Perspective of Judicial Practice, to be held on 11-13 November 2021 at the Conference Hall of Antalya Bilim University, our students will give the following presentations in the Eighth Session (12 November 2021, 13.50-14.50), chaired by Prof. Dr. Erdal YERDELEN, Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the ASBU Faculty of Law: Ömer Baha YİĞİT, “The Problem of Punishability in Improper (Guarantor) Omission Offences in Light of Judicial Decisions”; Edanur GÖRGÜLÜ, “The Extension of Aggravating Circumstances to Accomplices in Light of Judicial Decisions”.
