Biography

Neyire Akpınarlı graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 1996. Following her attorney internship, she worked as an independent attorney in Ankara for three years. During the same period, he gave lectures on Introduction to Law, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law in Murat Education Courses.

In 2000, she went to Almaya because of academic career and received her MA in International Law and European Law (2004) and his PhD in International Law (2008) from the University of Bremen, Faculty of Law. She mainly spent the doctorate period awarded by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation at the Max Planck International Law Institute in Heidelberg where she followed the projects in the context of Afghanistan and Sudan.

Between 2002 and 2005, she was in the United States for two years for learning the language and continuing her research. 

postdoctoral research study covered the years 2008-2012 between Erfurt University Political Sciences Faculty of the Social and Cultural Rights in Turkey has been involved in a project that includes examining, on a European Law.

In 2012, she had been accepted as a visiting researcher at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tehran to examine the law between the Ottoman Empire and the Safavid State in the context of Islamic State Law. Until the end of 2012-2016, she carried out the research studies and attended the doctoral courses of the departments of law, political science, history, philosophy and literature as a guest student.

The research study, which was designed for a year in the Asian countries from Indonesia to Russia in the context of the international law's history, the realities of the countries, the values ​​of the international law they built on this reality and the relationship between the existing international law, was canceled for unforeseen reasons when she came to Malaysia.

She joined the Ankara University of Social Sciences in 2018.
