Mehmet Emin Bilge (Prof. Dr.) received a bachelor’s degree (1991) from Ankara University Faculty of Law, a master’s degree (1994) from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and a doctorate (1998) from Marmara University Faculty of Law. From 1991 to 2005 Prof. Bilge worked as a research assistant and faculty member at the Erzincan Faculty of Law of Atatürk University, and from 2005 to 2017 as a faculty member at Kırıkkale University Faculty of Law. In 2017 Prof. Bilge joined the academic staff of the Faculty of Law of Social Sciences University of Ankara. Published books include Ticaret Sicili (Trade Registry), Ticari Sırların Korunması (Protection of Trade Secrets) and Ticari Ad ve İşaretler Arasında Karıştırılma Tehlikesi (Likelihood of Confusion between Trade Names and Marks). Prof. Bilge has also published articles on commercial enterprise law, company law, industrial property law, insurance law and other areas of commercial law.
