Prof. Dr. Yasin SÖYLER and Assist. Prof. Dr. İsmail YAZICIOĞLU of the ASBU Faculty of Law and Assist. Prof. Dr. Adnan KÜÇÜK of the Kırıkkale University Faculty of Law as speakers.
