The essay competition “Graffiti and the Law”, held with the support of the Directorate General of Copyright of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, has been won by Ayşe Aybüke Vural with her paper “Understanding Graffiti” and by Emir Atak with his paper “The Legal Construction of the Concept of a Work in the Treatment of Graffiti, in the Context of Transience and Erasability”.
