Mustafa BAŞKARA, Research Assistant at the ASBU Faculty of Law, attended the “5th Yeosu Academy of the Law of the Sea”, held on 26 August – 7 September 2018 in Yeosu, South Korea, by the Korea Maritime Institute under the auspices of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, on a full scholarship, representing our University.
