The book “Preparation Book and Question Bank for the Mediation Examination” by Assist. Prof. Dr. Yasemin GÜLLÜOĞLU ALTUN, a member of the academic staff of the ASBU Faculty of Law, has been published by On İki Levha Yayıncılık.

From the preface: “This work has been prepared on the basis of the Basic Mediation training book, within the framework of the Law on Mediation in Civil Disputes, its Regulation, the Fee Tariff and the Ethical Rules. For candidates preparing for the examination, the topics have been simplified and summarised in memorable templates. The Basic Mediation Training Module has been taken as the principal source in this work; the topic summaries and questions have been prepared on that basis. The income generated by the work will be donated to the library of the Faculty of Law of the Social Sciences University of Ankara for the benefit of its students.”
