Fee Refund Procedure

To request a refund, a petition bearing a handwritten signature and a photocopy of the identity card must be delivered to our unit in person or by post/courier.

The petition must contain: T.R. Identity Number, name and surname, IBAN, telephone number, handwritten signature

The refund petition is forwarded to the Revolving Fund (Döner Sermaye) unit on the day it reaches us.

Once the necessary signature procedures have been completed (3-4 working days), the relevant unit submits the payment documents to the Accounting Office (Saymanlık Müdürlüğü, Defterdarlık) for payment.

The Accounting Office makes the refund within 4 working days.
