Completed undergraduate studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Law between 1999 and 2003. Between 2004 and 2012 continued studies abroad with a scholarship from the Ministry of National Education. Attended language training at the Université Catholique de Lyon in 2004-2005 and completed a master’s degree at the Faculty of Law of Robert Schuman University in 2005-2006. Began doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Strasbourg in 2006 and was awarded the title of Doctor of Law in 2012 upon completing the doctoral thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Yves PETIT.

Worked at the Faculty of Law of Atatürk University between 2012 and 2019, holding various administrative and academic positions during this period. Has been working at the Faculty of Law of Social Sciences University of Ankara since March 2019.
