Merve Aysegul KULULAR IBRAHIM graduated from TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Faculty of Law, where she studied with full scholarship, with high honors and as the 3rd best student. She received her LLM in Computer and Communications Law from Queen Mary University of London, England. She received her doctorate from Social Sciences University of Ankara, Faculty of Law, with her dissertation on the subject of planned (built-in) obsolescence in which she deals with the negative aspects of technological developments. Merve Aysegul KULULAR IBRAHIM worked as a Visiting Research Associate at the Faculty of Law at Murdoch University, Perth, Western Australia in 2020. She also graduated from TOBB ETU History Department, double major, with high honors. She completed her second master's degree (MA) in the history of science at Hacettepe University and specialized in the historical background of IT Law. Merve Aysegul KULULAR IBRAHIM, having many publications, projects, and books, frequently takes part in international conferences. She continues her research on cyberspace law, information technologies, history of science, historical informatics and the reflection of IT on personal rights, health law, social or economic life, commercial law and consumer law.
