In ASBU Faculty of law certification programs, requiered by legislation, such as conciliation, expertise and mediation are carried out, which serve society and justice.
Conciliation
ASBU is one of the first nine universities authorized by Turkish Ministry of Justice to carry out conciliation education programs. In this context, educational trainings were given to 1527 persons and held in eleven different provinces in Turkey. ASBU Faculty of Law served effectively in preparing the conciliation educational materials, Regulation of Conciliation and training Turkish Prosecutors.
